We believe that preserving brand value and producing quality is only possible with trained staff and a well-equipped production line. For this reason, we support the development of our entire workforce and place great importance on occupational safety policies.

In our production facility, which holds quality certificates, we manufacture products compliant with international norms and standards and back up every delivery with our brand certification.

We believe that selling a product alone does not mean much. We are aware that a customer who is not properly served before and after the sale will not provide referrals or continuity.

Before the sale, we see it as the first step of our communication policy to correctly identify the customer's needs, provide technical consultancy and select the most suitable product together. After delivery, we manage a process that follows up until installation is complete, aiming to minimise user errors and detect any possible mismatches early.

Since 2012 we have been supplying ExperPHE-branded plate heat exchangers to more than 40 countries. We shape our growth processes so that we can deliver faster worldwide and never turn down a customer request.

We determine our product range and the locations of our sales offices based on customer feedback and shared demand patterns, and we invest regularly in these areas every year.

We see the production process as directly linked to the consulting service provided before the sale. As the first step of the ExperPHE production process, our expert teams provide product planning consultancy to create a design customised to the customer's needs.

During production, through strict inspections and controls, we aim for the highest level of customer satisfaction and ensure the reliability and durability of the product. After passing a 3-stage quality control approval, the plate heat exchanger is delivered; upon customer request, we can also provide online installation consulting during the on-site setup phase.

We manufacture ExperPHE plate heat exchangers aiming at longevity, based on high efficiency, durability and quality materials.

Every part — 100% produced in-house — is manufactured to world standards and backed by quality certifications. We provide a 2-year warranty for every product.

After the sale, we provide installation support, aiming to reduce user errors to zero and ensure the process runs correctly. As part of our service, we answer your technical questions online for routine maintenance and cleaning. If spare parts are needed for renewal or upgrade, our position as the manufacturer allows us to ensure continuous spare parts supply.
